          &#xD;

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Different to everyone Success can be....... to some it is money, some the ability to do the things they want to do without the question of whether they can, and to some it is simply just the idea of accomplishment for themselves or someone else. I say true success comes from an ability to appreciate the hard work you have put in. Whether its owning your own company or achieving results for yourself through your chosen profession the true success comes when you learn to appreciate yourself for the achievement you have accomplished.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Take for example a successful professional in the field seeing all the right moves taking place while seeing growth and success in every corner of his or her professional life. In a lot of ways this is what we all work toward and seems on the surface like the light at the end of a tunnel we all find ourselves depending on our goals, however without appreciation for the work we have put in its just another task completed. With a very successful career I have found several wins over the years and several losses and it has always amazed me that in failure my reflection has always been just more. In all honesty I believe we all find a certain finality in failure as it is always a certain and will always be a consistent in our lives. Without the catalyst to change the end result we will always be the same as many people fail each and every day of their lives. The certainty of that is what I feel creates a net that feels quite cozy because in that certainty of failure exists the hope that we might succeed. So why then do we not focus our attentions toward the reason we find success and create a formula for ourselves? I believe its possible and with that belief exist the hope of finding success in all of our lives. I would challenge anyone out there to find the time to exist in a space where you list out and appreciate the areas of your life that you have succeeded and dwell on them for as long as needed appreciating yourself and what got you there. It's ok..... its really ok...... to commemorate on all your triumphs regardless of size.
           &#xD;

            Knowing your assets can be harder than we think in the day to day. As business owners we often think of people resources as assets in our endeavor to succeed. While this in my opinion is not a false statement it doesn't share the clarity of real success. Our people are our greatest resource, but the true asset is in fact the knowledge given to empower. Empowerment comes in many forms, everything from a fantastic work ethic to the owner's ability to truly engage each individual. A true team is built on the empowerment of its members to make decisions that move toward the success of the team. The confidence of inspiration is truly a measurable to ascertain the commitment to win inside a team. With this commitment to success all things are achievable and the encouragement of improvement is a certainty.
           &#xD;

           The client experience is no longer the 1 on 1 as we call it as the client needs are not the only needs that must be met in this current climate of retail relevance. I mean let's face it, as brick and mortar become more museums of that to come or marketing for corporations that struggle to maintain a presence it is all that more important to focus attentions on what a client really is and how to match the ever-growing expectations of the masses. The client is no longer the individual but has become the Populis of idea and trend. Needs are no longer the only things that must be met but instead the landscape of change and the ever-growing desire to find the next best thing. With this in mind it's no wonder companies and businesses alike are constantly searching for ways to gain attention rather than provide a service. Service you see is no longer a desired effect of the masses but rather a last second thought in so many ways. The 1 on 1 has turned into the how many can I reach.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The reach is measured only by the revolutions of count and the law of average transactions..... those are the true measures for big business now and no longer the client experience. Why you may ask, well the reason is as true as the idea behind it. The ideology of customer service while noble can be lost tremendously in the hustle of revolutions meaning i need to sell this many of this item to this many people to be successful.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Instead, the real purpose of connection is being lost as we should be focused on what exactly goes into the client or customer experience.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           True client engagement comes from the understanding of the clients true needs. Those needs are complex and built on a perception of what can be. As the bar continues to raise so should the ideology of the client experience. SO much must be considered including the availability of service to the platform of delivery and how it touches the client and that is the essence of a successful business... engaging the client!
